After reviewing your application and visiting the residence and flats, we will then ask you to proceed to the second stage.
To confirm the booking of your accommodation, we require payment of an application fee.
The application fee is €280 for the first year and €140 for subsequent years. They include: the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, drawing up the contract, processing the application.
The deposit corresponds to the amount of the rent excluding utilities (less €60). It must be paid before the lease is signed and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the lease (except in the event of damage or cleaning costs).
A €150 cleaning deposit is required. Parking spaces are limited, so please make a request when you apply (€60/month).
