Our values

All our employees are committed to quality and excellence, based on customer satisfaction and reflecting the mission and values of the Amanta Group.

Human relations are of the utmost importance to us. We are aware of the value that each individual brings to our collective, whether they are our employees or our customers, and we encourage them to take part in their own well-being. Our values give meaning to our actions and guide our day-to-day work, allowing our employees to feel valued and fulfilled over the long term, and our customers to enjoy unique, high-quality experiences.

Our Actions for the Environment

Protecting the environment has always been a major concern for us. Aware of the limits of our resources and the need to play an active role in sustainable development, we are taking specific action to contribute to the proper management of energy, resources and waste.

  • Thermal panels have been installed to produce electricity and hot water, used mainly for the sanitary systems.
  • We provide charging stations for electric cars.
  • We have set up a selective sorting system within our establishment, and we strive to recycle and reclaim as much waste as possible, such as cigarette butts. In this way, we are committed to reducing our waste production as much as possible.
  • As part of our efforts to reduce waste, we have installed water fountains to avoid the use of bottled water.
  • We have installed compost bins near the residence, an initiative that benefits both the environment and the company (reducing food waste, enriching the soil with natural compost, raising customers’ awareness of waste management, reducing waste disposal costs and reinforcing the establishment’s eco-friendly image).
  • Our all-you-can-eat buffet features local, seasonal produce. We take into account our customers’ specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, flexitarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.).
  • To preserve the environment and make substantial water and energy savings, we offer our customers the option of not having their sheets and towels changed every day.
  • Our cleaning products are carefully selected to respect the environment and the health of our employees.
Amada

The Amada Association

The Amada project was born of an initiative by French and Malagasy people. What we have in common is a desire to help improve the living conditions of a village community in Madagascar. A story made possible thanks to a great deal of support.

The association is involved in all aspects of development: health, education, training, environmental protection, development of economic activities, etc. The most significant projects of the association are the construction of a primary school and a dispensary, access to water and a reforestation project.
